Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards.

Refunds
So, you bought a product, but it didn’t work out, no problem you can return the unused item(s) within 30 days of receipt of products. Please ensure the items are returned in new and unused condition. Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and the refund will be processed. All shipping charges are non-refundable. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY. The customers are also advised to retain the tracking information for the return. Refund will only be processed once the items are returned to us and validated by the tracking information. If the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will process a full refund along with any shipping charges. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
